We recruit and retain medical professionals who deliver superior emergency care services built on excellence, compassion, integrity, and trust. Guided by our dynamic leadership and a data-driven approach to enhance performance, we are able to maintain the highest standard of quality and efficiency in all of our processes. Our collaborative and proactive structure allows us to integrate seamlessly into our partner hospital’s system to meet their complex needs.
Each month, a minimum of 20 patient satisfaction surveys are completed for each provider. The results are published and encourage superior care by our providers.
After contracting with MEP, each of our hospital’s emergency departments saw a dramatic reduction in “room to physician” evaluation time.
MEP recruits only residency-trained, board-certified/eligible emergency/pediatric emergency specialists and provides continuous coaching and training.
Our four-prong quality program allows constant feedback and evaluation of our providers to ensure competency and quality of service.
